Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you", "customer") and vice.coach ("we", "us", "vice.coach"). By accessing our website, placing an order, or using any of our digital goods or services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use vice.coach.

vice.coach offers digital coaching, guidance and account setup services for players of various mobile and online games. Depending on the product, this may include pre-configured starter accounts, progression coaching, tuning and strategy guides, in-game resource guidance packs and comparable digital deliverables. Our catalogue evolves over time and may cover different games.

All products are digital goods and services. Nothing physical is shipped. Delivery is performed remotely, either as information sent to you or by preparing a new account handed over to you.

vice.coach is an independent third-party service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or associated with any game developer, publisher or platform holder (including but not limited to Apple and Google). All game titles, trademarks, logos and assets referenced on our website are the property of their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only.

Third-party services for online games can, at the publisher's discretion, lead to warnings, restrictions or loss of the affected game account. You acknowledge that any decision by a publisher regarding your account is outside our control and that you use our services voluntarily and at your own risk.

You may only place an order if:

• you are at least 18 years old, or have permission from a legal guardian;
• you can lawfully enter into a binding contract in your country of residence;
• you provide accurate, current and complete information at checkout.

Prices are displayed in USD unless stated otherwise and are inclusive of any applicable transaction fees. Payment is processed by our payment partners (Stripe, PayPal). We never see or store your full card number.

An order is only confirmed once payment has been authorised and captured. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example in case of suspected fraud, chargeback history, incorrect pricing, or if the product is temporarily unavailable — and to refund the paid amount in full.

Digital delivery starts once payment is confirmed. Most orders are delivered within 15 minutes to a few hours; complex orders (e.g. fully maxed accounts) can take up to 24 hours. Estimated delivery windows displayed on product pages are indicative, not guaranteed.

You are responsible for providing correct account credentials or contact details required to complete delivery, and for keeping our messages out of spam folders.

Because our products are digital and, once delivered, cannot be "returned", refund eligibility follows our Refund Policy. In short:

• Full refund if we cannot deliver your order.
• Full refund before delivery has started, on request.
• No refund once a digital delivery has been completed and accepted, except as required by law.

You are responsible for the security of any game account you share with us for delivery. We strongly recommend disabling two-factor authentication only for the duration of the delivery and changing your password afterwards.

While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee that a game or its publisher will not flag, restrict or ban an account that has received third-party services. Any such action by a publisher is outside our control.

You agree not to:

• resell, redistribute or commercially exploit our products without written consent;
• use stolen payment methods, VPNs to bypass geo-restrictions, or false identities;
• abuse, harass or threaten our staff, other customers, or the community;
• attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt or overload our website or infrastructure.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without notice.

All content on vice.coach — including branding, layout, copy, product photography and code — is the property of vice.coach or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, mirror or scrape the site without written permission.

vice.coach is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of game progress, or damages resulting from a game account being banned, suspended or reset by the publisher.

Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you actually paid for that order.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version applies from the date shown at the top of this page. Continuing to use vice.coach after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which vice.coach is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence remain unaffected.
