CSR2 Banned?
How To Appeal And Get Your Account Back

A CSR Racing 2 ban is not always final. What matters is which rule the system thinks you broke. This guide breaks down every ban type, tells you honestly which ones can be reversed, and gives you a support ticket template that support staff can actually act on.

Step 1 — Find out what kind of ban you have

Open the game and read the exact message. A temporary lock, a currency rollback and a permanent ban look different and are handled by different support flows. Screenshot the message before you do anything else — support asks for it.

Step 2 — Gather proof of ownership

Support decides mainly on whether you can prove the account is yours.

  • Your CSR2 player ID or support code from the in-game settings screen.
  • Receipts for at least one in-app purchase (store order number, date, amount).
  • The email or platform account the profile is linked to.
  • Approximate creation date and your current tier/garage as a sanity check.

Step 3 — Send one clear appeal

Use the in-game Help & Support flow so the ticket carries your device data. Keep it factual: state your player ID, the exact ban message with date, that you did not modify the client, your purchase proof, and a request for a specific reason. Do not threaten a chargeback — an open dispute freezes the account instead of restoring it.

Step 4 — Prevent the next ban

Once you are back, the rule is simple: never touch the client.

  • Uninstall any sideloaded CSR2 build and reinstall only from the App Store or Play Store.
  • Never hand your account over to a third-party 'mod' site.
  • Avoid buying pre-modded accounts — the ban travels with the account, not the buyer.
  • If you want maxed content, use a server-side mod service that never touches your app.

FAQ

Why did CSR2 ban my account?+

The most common triggers are a modified game client (mod menu or mod APK), impossible race results, currency that does not match your purchase and race history, or access from many devices and countries in a short window.

Can a CSR2 ban be reversed?+

Yes, if it was a false positive. Bans caused by a flagged device, a family-shared account or a payment dispute are regularly lifted after a support ticket. Bans after client tampering are almost never reversed.

How long does a CSR2 ban appeal take?+

Zynga/NaturalMotion support typically replies within 3 to 7 days. One clear, factual ticket is far more effective than several angry follow-ups, which can push you back in the queue.

Does reinstalling CSR2 remove a ban?+

No. The ban is on the account, not the app. Reinstalling, switching devices or making a new account with the same payment method does not restore access.
